John T Bradley is Founder and President of Bradley IT, LLC.

John has over 21 years of experience in the IT business including technical project management, systems integration, systems architecture, email migrations, LAN administration, technical writing, engineering and operations, technical training, and curriculum development.

John's operational leadership roles included supporting the Messaging infrastructure for the Transportation Security Administration, whereby he led a team to provide 24/7 support for Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003/2007, Blackberry Enterprise Servers, and Cisco Unified Messaging.

John has been certified as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) for over 15 years and has enjoyed teaching Microsoft and related networking technology courses throughout the world.

Lelsie has over 16 years of experience in Lotus/IBM messaging and collaboration technolgies. Leslie specializes in IBM SameTime and Quickr collboration technologies. She has supported the IBM/Lotus infrastructure at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and at the General Services Administration for many years.

Leslie's training experience as an IBM Certified Lotus Instructor (CLI) was recognized by Lotus in 2001 and 2002 for her quality of instruction.
